Beef stroganoff with mashed potatoes

Ingredients
Beef tenderloin | 800 g |
Onion | 150 g |
Champignon | 300 g |
Meat broth | 250 g |
Wheat flour | 2 tbsp. l |
Sour cream (not less than 20%) | 150 g |
Vegetable oil | 2 tbsp. l |
Ground black pepper | 1/2 tsp |
Salt | 2 tsp |
Potatoes | 1 kg |
Milk | 100 ml |
Butter | 80 g |
Water | 1,5 - 2 l |
Step cooking
- We carefully peel the potatoes (1 kg), put them in a pan of a suitable size and pour 1.5 - 2 liters of water. Put the pan on the fire and add 1 tsp to it. salt. Cook the potatoes until cooked (25 minutes after boiling).
- Beef tenderloin (800 g) is cut into medium sized cubes. We put the pan on the stove and pour 2 tbsp into it. l vegetable oil. When the oil is heated, put the chopped meat into the pan and, stirring constantly, fry it for one minute over high heat.
- Onions (150 g) peel and cut into half rings. Using the skimmer, select the fried meat from the pan, and instead put the chopped onion into the pan. Fry it for a minute.
- Mushrooms (300 g) wash, chop and send to the onion. Mix.
- Also, add 30 g of melted butter, 1 tsp to the pan. salt and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. Mix again.
- We cover the pan with a lid and simmer mushrooms with onions over low heat for about 5 minutes. After a specified period of time, add 2 tbsp to the dish. l wheat flour. Stir the dish thoroughly. Next, add 250 ml of meat broth to the pan. Simmer the entire contents of the pan over low heat for 5 minutes, without covering. Then add to the remaining ingredients 150 g of sour cream.
- Stir sour cream thoroughly and add the fried meat to the pan. Mix everything together again.
- Keep the beef stroganoff on the stove (over low heat) for about 2 minutes. At this time, we drain water from the potato, add 50 g of butter, 100 ml of milk to it and knead with a tolkushka. Put a small amount of mashed potatoes and beef stroganoff on a plate and serve.
Carbonara Pasta
Time for preparing: 30 minutes.

Step cooking
- On a preheated pan, spread 1 tbsp. l butter.
- Then, when the butter is melted, spread 200 g of bacon cut into thin slices. We cut the garlic (2 peeled cloves) into several parts and add to the bacon in the pan. Mix everything together and keep on low heat for 10 minutes. After a specified period of time, carefully remove the garlic.
- Pour about 2 - 2.5 liters of water into the pan, put on the fire and add 1 tsp. salt. When the water boils, add 400 g of spaghetti, 1 tbsp. l olive oil (in the middle of cooking) and boil until tender.
- In a small bowl add 3 yolks of chicken eggs, 1 whole egg, black pepper to taste and a little salt.Whisk it all lightly with a whisk.
- Then add to the mixture 2 tbsp. l grated Parmesan cheese, mix.
- In another bowl, we collect 300 ml of water, in which spaghetti was boiled (for sauce), the rest is drained. Add spaghetti and 1 tbsp. l butter in a pan to fried bacon. Turn on a low heat and then add the egg-cheese mixture and 300 ml of water that we previously poured. Mix everything thoroughly and keep it on fire for literally 1 minute.
- Put the pasta on a plate and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Chicken schnitzel
Time for preparing: 15 minutes.

Chicken fillet | 1 PC. |

Step cooking
- Drive 2 chicken eggs into one plate and mix them lightly with a fork¸ into another - pour 200 g of breadcrumbs.
- Cut the chicken fillet (1 pc.) Lengthwise, but not to the end (revealing it), cover it with a plastic bag (or cling film) and lightly beat off.
- Salt and pepper the beaten filet to taste from two sides.
- We put the pan on the fire and pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Roll the fillet thoroughly in the egg, and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Put the fillet in a pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
- We spread the finished schnitzel on a dish and serve.
