Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Sugar - 5 tbsp. l
- Chicken Egg - 2 pcs.
- Starch - 2 tbsp. l
- Vanilla sugar to taste
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l
- Vegetable oil to taste
Step cooking
- First you need to separate the proteins from the yolks. We take 2 chicken eggs and very carefully separate the protein and yolk, separating them into different dishes. If possible, leave the chicken eggs at room temperature for a while.
- Using a mixer, beat the proteins until a stable foam is formed. Try to flip a glass with foam - it will not flow down the walls, but will remain motionless.
- In a separate plate we put 400 grams of cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons of sour cream and slightly beat them with a blender. For casseroles, it is better to choose a medium-fat cottage cheese. Even if you adhere to proper nutrition - do not neglect this advice. Dry cottage cheese will ruin the taste of the finished dish.
- Now put a plate with cottage cheese and sour cream prepared yolks, as well as 5 tablespoons of sugar. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a blender.
- Next, add 2 tablespoons of starch and vanilla sugar to the curd mass to taste. Remember that vanilla in large quantities can ruin a casserole, so put it wisely. Beat the mass thoroughly with a blender until creamy.
- It remains to add the last ingredient. In the prepared curd mass, add whipped protein and with the help of a kitchen brush again thoroughly mix the ingredients.
- We proceed to the preparation of baking. We grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, carefully distributing it on all sides. Pour the prepared curd mixture into the baking dish.
- Turn on the oven and heat it to 180 degrees. You need to warm it up for 5-10 minutes, turning it on in advance. Bake the cottage cheese casserole for 50 minutes. Casserole readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer. Transfer the cooked casserole to a dish and, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar, decorate with fresh fruits, berries or jam.
