This drink was invented by American Cynthia Sass, recommending it to anyone who wants to not only quench their thirst on a hot summer day, but also to saturate their body with vitamins and minerals, while losing excess weight. The recipe is so simple that a child can handle it.

Ingredients

Lemon 1 PC.
Cucumber 1 PC.
Fresh mint 15 leaves
Ginger root 2-3 cm
Purified water 2 l

Step cooking

  1. Thoroughly wash all the ingredients of the cocktail. From the ginger root, cut a small piece - about 2-3 cm. We clean the skin and finely chop. We put in a jug.
    We clean and finely chop the ginger root.
  2. We shred the cucumber in thin circles, we send it there.
    Cut thin cucumber into thin circles.
  3. Also - in thin circles - cut a lemon.
    Cut lemon into thin slices.
  4. We spread 15 mint leaves in a jug (surely fresh, dry just breaks up).
    Add the fresh mint leaves to the ingredients already in the jug.
  5. Fill it all with two liters of purified water.

  6. Set the jug in the refrigerator, preferably at night.
    Before use, water with a cucumber should stand in the refrigerator.

  • Sassi water ingredients have excellent properties - they help to improve the digestive process, reduce fermentation and gas formation in the intestines, eliminate swelling, and significantly accelerate the breakdown of fats. All these factors have a positive effect on the general condition of hair and skin. However, Sassi water is not recommended for those who suffer from kidney failure, gastritis, or a stomach ulcer.
  • You can quickly prepare a cocktail by whipping a mint leaves and a cucumber with a blender, adding lemon juice and grated ginger. After an hour, the drink can be consumed.
  • The ingredients for Sassi water can be oranges, tangerines, sage leaves.
  • The standard schedule of admission, which Dr. Sass recommends, is very simple: you need to drink the first glass of drink in the morning on an empty stomach, then between meals, a glass one hour after breakfast and a glass 30 minutes before the second breakfast. Also between lunch and dinner, lunch and dinner. The last glass - one hour after dinner (but no later than 2 hours before bedtime).
