Ingredients
- Grapes - 5 kg
- Sugar - 170 g
Step cooking
- Separate the berries of 5 kg of grapes from the branches in a deep enameled bowl. Mix the berries with your hands, squeezing them in parallel.
- Cover well-mashed berries with a napkin and place in a dark place for 4 days. Stir the composition every 8 hours.
- At the end of the time, wash the bottles and through cheesecloth, pour the syrup from your meal into them. About 5 liters of wine will be released per 5 kg of grapes.
- Put a rubber glove on the bottle with the drink and pierce a hole in one finger. Next, leave the wine to ferment further.
- Wait until all the carbon dioxide comes out of the wine. This may take several days. Fermented wine must be drained. To do this, you will need another bottle and a silicone tube.
- Add 170 g of sugar to the drained wine and mix everything with a wooden spoon.
- Cover the composition again with a rubber glove with a hole and let it ferment. Pour the fermented wine into a separate container, and then bottle it. Let it stand for a couple of days, and then serve it to the table.
