Step cooking

- Add one tablespoon of sugar to the yeast and mix a little. Pour some of the warm milk into yeast and sugar. Pour 4 tablespoons of flour and stir the dough. Cover the bowl with cling film, leave the dough for 1-1.5 hours in a warm and dark place. When the dough rises, a foamy cap forms at the top. This means that she is ready.
- Now in a separate bowl combine the remaining sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. We drive in two eggs there and beat well with a whisk.
- Mix the dough and add the beaten egg mass to it and add the milk there. Mix well. At the end, add melted butter and lemon zest as desired. Mix all the ingredients.
- Then add the sifted flour in parts and knead the dough. It should be very soft and sticky.
- Knead the dough well for about 10-15 minutes. As a result, the dough will stick to your hands very slightly. Lubricate the bowl with odorless vegetable oil. We round the dough and put it in a bowl, cover it with foil and set it for 2-2.5 hours in a warm and dark place.
- During this time, you will need to remove the film from the bowl twice and knead the dough. We knead the dough 40 minutes after we cover it with a film.
