Step cooking
Knead the dough
- In a container for kneading dough, pour 500 ml of kefir.
- We add 250 g of granulated sugar there and break one chicken egg.
- All components are thoroughly whipped with a whisk or mixer.
- In the resulting homogeneous mass, add 2-3 drops of vanilla essence and again lightly stir. Pour 150 ml of refined vegetable oil there, mix.
- Separately, sift 300 g of premium flour, then mix it with 18 g of baking powder for the dough. In small portions, add the flour mixture to the kefir-egg mass and knead a liquid viscous homogeneous dough.
Bake products
- Lightly grease the heated waffle iron with sunflower oil.
- Pour a small amount of dough into the device, and then evenly distribute it.
- We bake the product for several minutes until the desired browniness is obtained. Using tongs, put the finished waffles on a flat plate. Allow the treat to cool to a warm state, after which we serve the treat on the table.
