Step cooking
- Pour 4 cups flour into a glass bowl.
- Add yeast and mix with a whisk.
- In a separate bowl, knead the eggs, salt, sugar, milk and vegetable oil. Mix well with a whisk.
- Pour the finished mixture into flour. Stir the dough with a fork, spoon or spatula until possible. Then knead the dough with your hands.
- We spread the dough on a work surface and continue to knead. On the surface, be sure to add flour and, if necessary, add flour to the dough. Knead the dough for a long time, about 15-20 minutes. If you have a dough mixer or a powerful mixer, you can knead the dough there.
- When the dough is ready, proceed to the next step. Add a few drops of vegetable oil to a deep container. We spread the dough into the container, cover with a towel or plastic wrap. Leave the dough to rise in a warm, dry place for 2 hours. During this time, the dough will increase several times.
- 40 minutes after you left the dough, it will need to be a little crushed. To do this, remove the film or towel, and slightly remember the dough with your hands, but do not knead.
- Then we cover the dough back with a towel or film and leave for the remaining time to come up. When 2 hours pass, knead the dough a little more and lay it on the surface for rolling.
- We form a cylinder from the dough and cut it into two parts. Both parts are alternately rolled into a long sausage. We cut this sausage into 10 equal parts.
- We roll each part of the dough into a thin cake and fold it in an envelope. We pinch the seam with our fingers so that a piece of dough turns out in the shape of a ball. With this seam down we lay a piece on the surface.
- Lubricate the baking sheet with oil and spread the finished balls. The distance between the balls should be at least three centimeters. Cover the baking sheet with a towel or film for an hour, so that the balls become even larger in size.
- After an hour, with the bottom of the glass we make a recess in each ball. In this recess there will be a filling.
- Add the filling to the recess with a spoon.
- To brown the cheesecakes, grease them with an egg.
- In the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, put cheesecakes for 12-15 minutes until cooked. Cheesecakes are ready! It remains to let them cool, and you can serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
