How to cook boiled shrimp 🦐

How to cook boiled shrimp 🦐

Shrimp (boiled-frozen) 700 g
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Black pepper peas 3-5 pcs.
Lemon 1 slice
Salt 2 tbsp. l
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l
Ketchup 2 tbsp. l
Mustard 0.5 tsp

Step cooking

  1. We put water on the fire in a saucepan and bring to a boil. It will take about 2 liters of water.
    In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. When the water begins to boil, slightly reduce the heat and add the ingredients to reveal the taste of the shrimp. We put one bay leaf, several peas of black pepper, a slice of lemon and two tablespoons of salt. Mix everything well.
    Add bay leaf, peppercorns, salt, and a slice of lemon to the water.
  3. We wash the shrimp so that the ice comes off.
    Wash the shrimp under cold water.
  4. We are waiting for the “broth” to boil for 2-3 minutes and send the shrimp to it. Do not cover the shrimp.
    We spread the shrimp into the newly boiled water.
  5. Mix well, cook them for 5 minutes.
    Stir and cook the shrimp for 5 minutes.
  6. Prepare the shrimp sauce while they are boiling. In equal proportions, add mayonnaise and ketchup to the bowl. Add some mustard there. Mix all the ingredients well. Add a little lemon juice if desired.
    We prepare sauce based on mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard.
  7. Shrimp is ready! Drain the water, drop the shrimp in a colander and put it on a plate. Done! Enjoy your meal!

The recipe contains the most common sauce of mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. This sauce is suitable for almost any food - it is so versatile.
