  5. When you knead the elastic dough, put it in a plastic bag or pack it in a plastic wrap, and then leave it on the table at room temperature while you are preparing the filling.
    Kneaded dough can be placed in a bag for the preparation of the filling.
  6. Take 500 g of peeled potatoes, wash, cut and put to cook in a small saucepan.
    Boil the potatoes until tender.
  7. While potatoes are boiling, peel and chop one onion, heat sunflower oil in a pan and send the onions to fry.
    In a pan, fry the onions until golden brown.
  8. When the onion becomes light golden, add sauerkraut to it and fry a little.
    Add sauerkraut to the onion and fry for a few more minutes.
  9. When the potatoes are boiled, drain all the water from it and cease.

  10. Then add the fried cabbage and onions to it, mix thoroughly, salt and pepper to your liking. The filling should be juicy.
