Ingredients
- Grapes - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 pc.
- Water - 200 ml
Step cooking
- Pour 1 kg of sugar into a wide pan and pour 200 ml of water. Boil the syrup over low heat.
- While the syrup is boiling, prepare the grapes. Rinse 1 kg of grapes, and separate each grape from the vine in a separate container. So that when cooking the grapes do not fall apart, it must be pierced through with a toothpick. Make 2-3 holes in each grape.
- Using a grater, remove the yellow portion of the crust from 1 lemon. Next, cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from each half.
- Pour the resulting lemon juice and grated zest into sugar syrup. Also add prepared grapes to the composition. Stir everything and bring to a boil.
- As soon as the pan begins to boil, remove it from the heat. Give the treat time to let it cool completely. Once the jam has cooled and insisted, again send it to the fire. You can use a strong fire. As soon as the composition boils, make the fire small, and cook the jam under these conditions for another 15 minutes. If foam appears, be sure to remove it.
- While the jam is ready, rinse the jars and microwave them for 2.5 minutes. Lids for cans should be boiled. While the jam is hot, pack it into prepared glass jars and spin them.
