Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 1 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
- Dried apricots - 400 g
- Orange - 1 pc.
Step cooking
- First of all, wash the pumpkin under running water and peel it. We cut into small sticks 1-2 cm wide.
- Put in a deep pan and fill with sugar. Mix and set aside.
- Meanwhile, we are engaged in dried apricots. Finely chopped dried fruit.
- I wash my orange under running water and grate it to get the zest.
- From the pulp of an orange we get the juice using a juicer.
- We combine pumpkin with zest and orange juice and put on fire.
- Cook the jam over medium heat for 5 minutes and put the dried apricots.
- Cook jam should be about 20-30 minutes until fully cooked.
- We lay out the finished jam in sterile jars and roll it up using a seaming key. Enjoy your meal!
