- Plum - 2.5 kg
- Sugar - 2.5 kg
Step cooking
- Wash 2.5 kg of plum, cut it in half and remove the seeds.
- Then pour 2.5 kg of sugar into a deep container with plums. Shake the container well to distribute the sugar. Leave the pan in sugar and plums overnight.
- Proceed to the first cooking. Turn on the hotplate, bring the composition to a boil and turn off the heat. Wait for the jam to cool. Give him 12 hours to brew. After cooling completely, put the pan on the fire again, bring the composition to a boil and then boil another 5 minutes.
- Next, remove everything from the heat and wait until it cools completely. Leave the treat to languish again for 12 hours.
- Proceed to the third cooking. Bring the composition to a boil, make medium heat and remove the foam. From the moment of boiling, the treat should boil for 20 minutes. Pour the jam into the prepared sterilized jars and roll them up.
