Step cooking
Dogwood jam is a delicious, fragrant and very sweet dessert for the winter. It helps to cope with colds, coughs and sore throats. We offer you to cook tender cornel jam. And for this you do not even need to resort to a long and tedious process of cooking it.
- We take 3 kg of dogwood, rinse it and scald it with boiling water.
- In a deep container, gradually mix the cornel and 3 kg of sugar. Knead the cornel with sugar and leave the mixture for 3 hours, covering the container with cling film.
- Grind the resulting mass through a soft sieve.
- Pour jam into banks and roll them up.
