Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1 kg
- Apples - 1 pc.
- Oranges - 2 pcs.
- Lemons - 2 pcs.
- Ginger root - 1 pc. (7 cm)
- Sugar - 700 g
Step cooking
- Rinse and grate 1 kg of zucchini on a fine grater.
- Take 2 lemons and remove the zest from them. Next, cut this zest into thin strips and add zucchini. Do the same with the peel of 2 oranges. Mix everything together and pour into a deep saucepan, which you will then put on fire.
- Take 2 peeled oranges and cut them into cubes. Add everything to the zucchini and zest. Do the same with peeled lemons.
- Take 1 apple, cut it into cubes and also add to the overall composition. Mix everything together and pour 700 g of sugar. Mix all the ingredients again.
- Set the jam to simmer over medium heat. Stir the ingredients constantly. As soon as the composition boils, tighten the fire and cook everything together for 60 minutes. before thickening. For a couple of minutes before the end of cooking, add grated root of ginger to the jam (7 cm is enough) and mix everything.
- Pour hot jam into sterilized jars and roll them up.
