Ingredients
- Figs - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step cooking
- Put the pot on the fire. Pour 200 ml of water into it and pour 1 kg of sugar. Dissolve all the sugar, making syrup.
- Add 1 kg of figs to the finished mixture, as well as 1 peeled and diced lemon.
- Bring the composition to a boil and turn off the burner. Letting jam cool completely, bring it to a boil again.
- Pour hot jam into sterilized jars and roll them with metal lids. Turn the cans over and cover them with a blanket. Wait for complete cooling, send to a dark place for storage.
