Ingredients
- Lingonberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 100-200 ml
Step cooking
- Put a deep pan on the fire and mix in it 1 kg of sugar and 100-200 ml of water. Dissolve the sugar completely.
- Quench the fire and add 1 kg of washed lingonberry to the “melted” sugar, and mix everything.
- Increase the heat and bring the composition to a slight boil. Stir everything from time to time and remove the foam.
- Sterilize the jars and pour the jam into them.
- Roll up the cans, turn them over and cover them with a blanket. Let them stand warm until the next day.
