Ingredients

Step cooking
- First you need to knead the dough. Sift 4 stacks into a deep container. wheat flour.
- Next, add 1/2 tsp to the sifted flour. salt and 1/4 tsp soda. Soften 200 g of butter, cool to room temperature and add to flour. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until crushed. Optionally, you can use margarine or cooking oil.
- Pour 1 stack into the resulting mass. kefir at room temperature and mix everything carefully.
- Then pour in the remaining kefir and begin to knead the soft dough.
- Round off the finished dough, cover with a lid or a towel and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. If you let the test lie down, it will be easier to work with.
- While the dough is resting, we proceed to the preparation of the filling. The meat needs to be twisted into minced meat. If you wish, you can buy ready-made minced meat so as not to mess with the meat grinder. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
- Peel the onions and cut them, as if fried.
- After that, in a separate container, mix the potatoes, minced meat and onions. To make the filling juicier, pour 70 ml of cold filtered water into it. Salt and pepper the filling to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- We take out the rest of the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into small pieces, about the size of a small plum. If you want to make large whites, then take larger pieces.
- We roll each piece of dough into a thin layer, and put 1 tbsp in the center of this layer. l toppings. You don’t need to spread too many fillings, otherwise the whitewash will not keep its shape.
- The edges of the dough are collected in a bag, leaving a small hole in the center. Lubricate the baking sheet with sunflower oil and spread the blanks for whites on it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Put the pan in a well-heated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Please note that during baking, a lot of liquid will accumulate inside the whitewash, but it will evaporate. Put the prepared whites on a dish, let them cool slightly and serve. Enjoy your meal.
