Step cooking
- Drive 4 chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add 1 cup ordinary and 1 g vanilla sugar to them and mix with a mixer until smooth and a little foam.
- Add 200 g of softened butter or margarine at room temperature to the resulting mixture. Mix again with a mixer until smooth. Sift 1 glass of wheat flour into a liquid mass and knead a thick dough with a spoon.
- We connect the waffle iron to the mains, using a culinary brush we lubricate both halves of it with sunflower oil so that the waffles do not burn and easily separate when ready.
- On the bottom of the waffle iron, put 1 tbsp. l dough and cover with the top. Fry the waffle for 1-2 minutes.
- We transfer the finished waffle to a serving dish. Optionally, you can roll it into a tube or horn, then fill it with filling, but you can leave it flat.
