Step cooking
- In a medium-sized bowl, break 2 eggs. Using a whisk, the eggs are thoroughly beaten so that the mass increases in volume by at least 2 times. If available, you can use a mixer as an alternative to the whisk.
- 100 grams of sugar is poured into a container with eggs. Mix in a bowl thoroughly mixed with a whisk.
- 1/3 teaspoon of salt is poured into a bowl.
- Vanilla is poured into the same container. The amount of spice is left to one's own discretion, as is its addition as a whole.
- 100 grams of melted butter is poured into a bowl. The resulting mass is thoroughly mixed with a whisk until completely homogeneous. 2 tablespoons of homemade vegetable oil are added to the bowl.
- The mass is again mixed until smooth for 2-3 minutes.
- Poured 2/3 of the sifted flour. The mass is kneaded with a whisk.
- When the mass thickens and it becomes difficult to stir with a whisk, baking soda is added to the glass with vinegar, after which the mixture is poured into the dough.
- The dough is mixed with a spatula.
- The remainder of the sifted flour is poured into the container. It should be borne in mind that the dough should not turn out very steep, it should stretch like medium-thick honey. Therefore, depending on the specific brand of flour, its amount may vary by +/- 10-20 grams.
- The waffle iron is placed on the fire for heating, while it is necessary that it is heated on both sides approximately the same. Therefore, it should be constantly flipped at regular intervals. When the waffle iron is heated, its internal surfaces must be coated with sunflower oil using a cooking brush. Each time laying a new portion of the dough, they need to be re-coated, but with less oil.
- Using a spoon and a spatula, the dough is placed on one of the inner sides of the waffle iron. It is necessary to do all the manipulations on oiling and laying the dough as quickly as possible, so that the waffle iron cools down as little as possible.
- The waffle iron is closed and placed on the fire, where the dough will be fried for 3-4 minutes on each side. At the end of the roasting process, it remains to take out the waffles, and they are ready for use. Enjoy your meal.
