Kitchen appliances and utensils: electric waffle-iron, kitchen scales and other measuring accessories, a fine sieve, several deep bowls, a pastry bag, mixer or blender, whisk.
Ingredients
Components | Proportions |
egg | 5 pieces. |
granulated sugar | 300 g |
margarine | 250 g |
premium flour | 300 g |
boiled condensed milk | 1 can |
butter | 200 g |
Step cooking
Knead the dough
- Sift through a fine sieve 300 g of premium flour and until we set it aside.
- Separately, melt over low heat 250 g of margarine, after which we allow it to cool to a warm state.
- In a deep bowl for kneading dough, break 5 chicken eggs at room temperature.
- Pour 300 g of granulated sugar there.
- Stir both components until a homogeneous liquid consistency and maximum dissolution of the sugar grains.
- Pour the cooled margarine into the egg mixture and mix thoroughly again.
- In two or three doses, add the sifted flour, each time whipping the dough until the lumps completely disappear. The dough should be quite thick and fluid.
We form wafer rolls
- Pour a small amount of dough into a heated waffle iron and distribute it evenly.
- Bake the product until golden brown. On average, it will take about 2-3 minutes.
- We take out the finished wafer from the device and immediately wrap it in a tube while it is hot. Otherwise, the product will cool and break during folding.
Prepare the filling
- In a separate bowl, spread 1 can of boiled condensed milk.
- We send there 200 g of soft butter. For convenience, I recommend cutting the butter into small cubes.
- Beat both ingredients with a mixer until a homogeneous, viscous consistency is obtained.
The final stage
- The cream prepared from condensed milk and butter is spread in a pastry bag. Cut off the edge of the bag and fill the cooled wafer tubes through the hole made.
- Set the finished treat aside for 20-30 minutes, so that the filling slightly soaks the walls of the tubes.
