Ingredients
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Water - 1 tbsp. l
- Flour - 115 g
- Vanillin - to taste
- Butter - 125 g
- Warm milk - 500 ml
Step cooking
- 2 eggs are divided into proteins and yolks.
- Squirrels put in the refrigerator. Add sugar, water, vanillin to the yolks. Beat with a mixer until the mass is whitened.
- Pour the flour carefully and mix with a spatula.
- Then pour in the unheated melted butter.
- Pour warm milk into several passes. Mix.
- The dough turns out liquid. Add salt to cold proteins, beat with a mixer until stable peaks.
- Add whipped proteins to the dough and gently stir with a whisk.
- We grease the form with oil and sprinkle with flour.
- Pour the dough into the mold, bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
- Bake for 55 minutes.
- Cut the cooled pie with a thin blade of a knife. Done!
Cooking variations
A cake from a recipe is called “smart” for a reason. The name of the cake was due to the fact that in the process of baking it independently exfoliates into biscuit, custard and tender souffle. And despite the fact that the dough is poured in a single layer, such "magic" occurs. The finished cake should look rosy from above, and the middle of the cake should “tremble” when you slightly coward the base. The cake should be completely cooled before serving, so after cooking, leave it for a couple of hours at room temperature.
This cake does not require explicit decorations, but you can make it even more beautiful with simple ingredients. Decorate the cake with powdered sugar, coconut, make icing or just pour it with melted chocolate - it will be both beautiful and delicious. You can decorate the top with whipped cream.
