Step cooking
- Begin to cook salmon soup with the preparation of vegetables. For this, 3-4 large potatoes are thoroughly washed under running water and peeled. Dice 1 cm.
- Prepare 2 medium carrots, washing them and peeling. Cut the vegetable, however, do not grind it much. First cut in half, and then into pieces, 0.5-1 cm wide.
- One onion is cut into small cubes. All vegetables do not need to be fried beforehand, but they are put in fresh soup.
- Cut several bunches of parsley and dill. If you don't like this kind of greens, you can replace it with any other that you like best.
- To prepare salmon fish soup, 1 kg of tomatoes will be required, which must first be processed and peeled. Vegetables are washed and 4 cross cuts are made. Prepare boiling water in a pan in advance. Place the cut tomatoes in a sieve and dip in hot water for a few seconds.
- Then let the vegetables cool in cold water, and then carefully peel off the skin.
- Tomatoes are cut into small cubes.
- Preparing salmon fillet. 1 kg of fish is laid out on a baking sheet, which is watered with 2-3 tbsp. l olive or sunflower oil. Salmon is salted and pepper to taste, and a few sprigs of rosemary are added. On top of the fish a little sprayed with lemon juice.
- In a preheated oven to 180 degrees, put the salmon fillet and bake until tender, about 15-30 minutes.
- A kilogram of soup set is boiled in a pan using 4-5 liters of salted to taste water. The soup set includes a fish head, skeleton and tail. From these products, a good fat is obtained, but they do not put products in the soup itself.
- Filter the finished broth, add the cubes of potatoes, carrots and onions. Cook vegetables for 10 minutes.
- Prepared tomatoes are added to the soup, 2 tbsp. l semolina and spices for fish to taste. Cook for 5 minutes, periodically stirring with a tablespoon so that the semolina does not stick together.
- At the end, add dill, parsley and any other fresh herbs. Cook for 1-2 minutes and turn off the soup.
- Pour the soup into a plate and lay on top a few slices of baked salmon fillet.
