Step cooking
- We wash the head of pink salmon and remove the gills from it.
- Pour two liters of clean water into a large pot, put the head of pink salmon there and put on fire. Bring to a boil and remove the foam that has formed on top.
- We peel two carrots, two onions and 2-3 potatoes. Wash and grind 50 grams of fresh herbs. If not fresh, feel free to take dried.
- Add 3-4 peas of black pepper, one whole onion and one carrot to the broth.
- Slightly add to taste, close the pan with a lid and cook the broth for 50 minutes on low heat.
- Rub one carrot on an average grater, cut the onion into a small cube, and cut the potatoes with an average cube. We put a non-stick frying pan on the stove and pour 20 grams of vegetable oil on it. When the oil is heated, put the carrots and onions in a pan and fry until cooked.
- When the broth is ready, filter it through a fine sieve and put it on the stove again. You can take meat off your head.
- After boiling, pour 40 grams of white washed rice into the broth and cook for ten minutes.
- Then add chopped potatoes and frying, fish, and chopped greens to the pan.
- Cook until half-finished potatoes and add 1-2 bay leaves to the broth.
- Cook for another five minutes, turn off and let it brew for a bit. Pour over deep plates in portions and serve.

- A separate unique taste will have an ear from the head of pink salmon, cooked on a fire.
- This dish is served hot.
- To surprise your guests, you can serve an ear tightly sprinkled with freshly chopped greens in clay pots. It will be very beautiful and authentic.
