Ingredients
- Udon noodles - 200-300 g

Step cooking
- Cook udon noodles in boiling water for 5-6 minutes.
- Throw the noodles into a colander.
- Cut the pepper into strips. Leek cut into half rings.
- Chop green onions in large strips.
- Cut the carrots into strips.
- Pork cut into strips.
- In vegetable oil, fry the pork in a pan.
- When the pork is ready, add carrots, peppers, leeks and unfrozen beans.
- At the very end, add green onions. Add dressing, green onions, salt if necessary. Mix.
- Add the boiled noodles and mix. Done!
