Ingredients
- Chicken Breast - 400 g
- Udon noodles - 200 g
- Sweet pepper - 120 g
- Carrots - 70 g
- Onions - 70 g
- Garlic -10 g
- Ginger - 20 g
- Chili pepper to taste
- Chives - 15 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l
- Soy Sauce - 50 g
- Teriyaki sauce - 120 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Fried sesame seeds - 1-2 tsp.
Step cooking
- Cut the chicken breast into strips.
- Salt and pepper on all sides.
- Chop the ginger finely after peeling it.
- Pour the vegetable oil into the pan.
- Fry ginger for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
- Add chicken, stir and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Finely chop the onion. We send the onions to the pan and fry them all together for 2 minutes.
- Cut the carrots into strips and send to the rest of the ingredients.
- Fry for another 2 minutes over medium heat.
- In salted water, boil the noodles until cooked.
- Cut sweet pepper into strips.
- Add pepper to the pan, mix.
- Crush the garlic and chop finely. Sent to the pan.
- Cut to taste chili peppers and send to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Mix.
- Salt to taste and add pepper. And mix again.
- Pour in water and simmer under the lid for 1 minute over medium heat.
- We wash the boiled noodles under cold water.
- We send it to the pan, mix and cover. Cook another 2 minutes.
- Chop green onions. Turn off the stove, add the onion to the pan, mix.
- In a frying pan, fry sesame for 1-2 minutes over high heat without oil.
- When serving, sprinkle the finished udon with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
