Step cooking
- Prepare the ingredients and work surface. We clean the onions and carrots and wash them, release the bell pepper from the seeds. The most important thing is to cut all the ingredients in advance, as they will be cooked together and very quickly.
- Cut the onion into thin half rings.
- First, cut the carrots with plates, and then with thin strips. Cut carrots as thin as possible so that it cooks quickly.
- Any mushrooms are suitable for this dish, but it is better to use shiitake mushrooms, they are very tasty and fragrant. If you have dry mushrooms, they should be filled in advance with hot water. Cut the mushrooms into thin strips.
- Next, take Beijing cabbage. Cut the upper soft part into large strips, and the lower coarse into very thin strips.
- Bell pepper is better to take in different colors. So the dish will turn out brighter and more interesting. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
- Hands Narva parsley leaves. Stir all prepared vegetables.
- My chicken thigh, free from skin and bone and cut into a medium cube.
- It is advisable to have a wok for frying the pan, it is easier and faster to cook the dish in it. But for lack of it, you can use the usual. Heat the pan. The fire should be maximized during frying, and the action should be quick so that all ingredients are fried rather than cooked. But do not overcook, so that the vegetables and chicken remain juicy. In a preheated pan, pour 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, add the chicken, stirring constantly, fry so that the moisture from it evaporates, and it is cooked until half cooked.
- We add all the vegetables to the chicken at the same time and fry them until half ready. Salting is not necessary, as oyster sauce will be added, it already has salt in its composition.
- This recipe uses udon noodles, but you can replace it with rice or buckwheat noodles. Pre-boil udon, according to the instructions on the package.
- When the vegetables are almost ready, add udon to them and mix well so that all the ingredients combine.
- At the end of cooking, add 3 tbsp. l oyster sauce, hold for a couple of minutes on the stove and remove.
- We put the finished udon with chicken and vegetables on a beautiful plate, sprinkle with tuna chips and serve. Enjoy your meal!
