Step cooking
- In a deep bowl, mix 500 g of soft cottage cheese and 150 g of sugar.
- Add to the ingredients 100 g of sour cream, 2 tbsp. l corn starch and vanillin on the tip of a knife.
- We take 5 chicken eggs and separate the proteins from the yolks.
- Add the yolks to the resulting curd mass. Mix well until smooth.
- Beat the mixture of ingredients with a blender until a creamy state is obtained. Beat the whites until thick peaks (5-7 minutes).
- Introduce the protein cream into the curd mass. Mix everything with a spatula clockwise.
- Lubricate the capacity of the multicooker with butter and pour the dough into it.
- Select the baking mode and set the time to 1 hour and 5 minutes.
- The dish is ready!
