Step cooking
- We put a pan with 500 ml of milk on the stove and heat it. Add 2 g of salt to the milk and gradually, so as not to form lumps, pour 150 g of semolina.
- Stirring, cook semolina until cooked: porridge should turn out cool. Remove it from the heat, add 20 g of butter, which we mix until dissolved, and let the porridge cool completely.
- We blender in paste paste 600 g of 9% cottage cheese. If there is no blender, it will be difficult to do this, but it is possible using a strainer or a mashed potato topper.
- Break 4 chicken eggs into a deep bowl. To them add 10 g of vanilla and 150 g of ordinary sugar. With a whisk or a fork, mix the ingredients until the egg components are completely combined and the sugar dissolved.
- Add the prepared cottage cheese and semolina to the egg mass. We blender all the ingredients into a homogeneous thick paste. Here you will definitely have to be patient.
- To improve the taste, add to the dough 50 g of raisins and candied fruits, as well as 1 zest of medium lemon. Also, any other dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes, etc.), berries, ground cinnamon, coconut flakes, dried mint, cocoa, etc. are suitable for this. In general, add to your taste.
- We take a baking dish large enough for such a volume of dough (here - 19x26 cm) and cover it with baking paper, providing bumpers. We shift the dough into a mold and level it with a spatula or a tablespoon. We send to bake in the oven preheated to 180ºС for 40-50 minutes. Readiness is fixed on a slightly fried appetizing crust.
- After completing the cooking, we take out the pudding from the oven and let it cool completely right in the form. After that, we take it out, cut into portioned pieces and serve. You can decorate the pudding with any fruit or berry jam, jam or sauce, as well as sour cream, grated chocolate, sour cream, cream, whipped cream and other delicious ingredients at your discretion.
