Step cooking
- We place 400 grams of cottage cheese in a deep container, drive four chicken eggs into it, mix with a kitchen spatula. Add two glasses of granulated sugar to this mixture, mix well again, trying to get a homogeneous mass.
- Melt in the microwave 4 tablespoons of butter, also put in a bowl with cottage cheese and sugar. Here we add four tablespoons of sour cream, preferably a high percentage of fat content, carefully mix all the ingredients until smooth.
- In a small container, mix one teaspoon of baking soda and one teaspoon of vinegar. Add this mixture to the curd, mix for 1-2 minutes to get a homogeneous mass. After we see that the ingredients are well dispersed, add 2 cups of wheat flour previously sifted through a sieve to the bowl. Also mix well until smooth.
- We get a silicone muffin baking dish, grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil (2-3 teaspoons), put the dough in it. We place it in a uniform layer, send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes. Here, the baking time is independently adjustable, it can increase or decrease depending on the oven in which the product is baked. You can check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick.
- When the cake is baked, take it out of the oven, wait for a while until it cools down slightly, easily release it from the silicone mold.
- We spread the aromatic curd product on a flat plate, sprinkle a little sugar powder in the amount of one tablespoon. Cut into portions, can serve for tea. The cake is very soft, tasty, fragrant, mouth-watering.
