  1. First 2 eggs are broken into a medium-sized bowl. It is desirable that it be narrow and high, so the egg will be better to beat.

    Mix the dough well again.
  12. Raisins are added last to the dough, a little less than half the standard bowl. Next, you need to stir it so that it is distributed throughout the volume.
    Last add raisins to the dough.
  13. Before pouring the dough, the cake pan is greased with vegetable oil over the entire inner surface using a cooking brush.
