Ingredients
- Curd with fat content from 9% - 300 g
- Sour cream with a fat content of 20% - 300 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla Sugar - 1 sachet
- Gelatin - 1 tbsp. l
- Water - 50-60 g
- Fresh strawberries - 400 g
- Cookies - 7 pcs.
Step cooking
- Pour instant gelatin (1 tablespoon) into a small bowl and fill it with water at room temperature (50-60 ml). Mix well and leave the gelatin to swell for 15-20 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the curd with a fat content of 9% (300 grams) and sour cream with a fat content of 20% (300 grams).
- Add sugar (100 grams) and vanilla sugar (1 sachet - 10 grams) to cottage cheese and sour cream.
- Beat the contents of the bowl with a blender until smooth.
- Dissolve the swollen gelatin. This can be done in the microwave, turning it on twice for 10 seconds, stirring the mass after each inclusion, or in a water bath. It is important that the gelatin does not boil, otherwise it will lose its properties and the dessert will not freeze.
- In the dissolved gelatin, put 1 tablespoon of the mass blended by the blender, mix well. Pour gelatin in a bowl to the blended mass. Mix everything well so that the gelatin is evenly distributed and interferes with the mass.
- Cover a 21 x 10 cm form with parchment paper or cling film.
- Put cookies on the bottom of the form, such as “Baked Milk”, “For Tea” or “Napoleon”.
- Pour a little cottage cheese and sour cream on the cookies and put the whole berries of fresh strawberries (10-12 pieces, depending on the size of the berries), washed, peeled and dried.
- On top of the berries, carefully pour the remaining curd and sour cream mass.
- Cover the mold with cling film and put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until completely solidified.
Dessert serving and decorating options
Remove the completely frozen dessert from the mold and place on a square or rectangular dish. Stack fresh whole and sliced strawberries on top. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and grated chocolate. Serve the dessert whole, and then cut into portions, laying out each piece on a portioned dessert plate. Natural coffee beans are good for dessert.
