Ingredients
Flour | 3 tbsp. l with the top |
Egg | 2 pcs. |
Cottage cheese | 200-250 g |
Sugar | 2 tbsp. l |
Vanilla sugar | 1 pinch |
Salt | 1 pinch |
Baking powder | 1 tsp |
Step cooking
- We spread 200-250 g of cottage cheese in a bowl (we take cottage cheese of any fat content, according to preference) and grind it with a fork until smooth. Add to the cottage cheese 2 tbsp. l Sahara.
- Pour a pinch of salt and a pinch of vanilla sugar. Drive 2 eggs and mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, pour 3 tbsp. l with the top of flour. Add to the flour 1 tsp. baking powder. Sift the flour with baking powder into the curd mixture, mix. The dough turns out quite thick, but a little less often than for cheesecakes.
- Warm up a multi-baker or an electric waffle iron.
- We spread the dough on the surface - about 2 tbsp. l 1 wafer, close the lid, baking time - approximately 3-4 minutes.
- We bake waffles, using all the dough, decorate and serve.
Useful Tips
- Jam or jam can be served with waffles, berries or any cream, honey or yogurt, caramel sauce or boiled condensed milk, ice cream or whipped cream, grated nuts or toppings, you can sprinkle powdered sugar or grated chocolate.
- Cool wafers make excellent sweet sandwiches - coat the wafer with jam or other filling, put another one on top.
- In the absence of a multi-baker, such waffles can be baked in the oven, only this requires more time and a special waffle shape. For 8-9 minutes, the waffles are baked in a form, then another 5 minutes - on a baking sheet.
