Step cooking
- Beat in a deep container 3 eggs, three tablespoons of sugar and ¼ teaspoon of table salt. This can be done using a mixer or manually, carefully whipping the mixture with a whisk or a fork. However, it is the mixer that will best cope with this task. Mix the mass with a mixer until white (3-4 minutes). It should turn out as airy and thick enough.
- If you plan to use homemade cottage cheese, you must first pass it through a sieve or beat in a blender. This is necessary so that when kneading the dough, the curd does not form grains and lumps. When the blender is on, we start introducing 180 grams of cottage cheese, three tablespoons of flour, ¼ teaspoon of baking powder and a tablespoon of refined vegetable oil into the container. Beat all the ingredients together for several minutes. The dough should turn out a little liquid, have a uniform consistency.
- When the dough is ready, heat the waffle iron and grease its surface with vegetable oil.
- Pour the resulting mass into a mold, cover with a lid and leave to bake at maximum temperature. Baking time depends on the size of the wafer and the model of the device, as well as on the desired characteristics of the finished product. If you want crispy waffles, hold them for about 5 minutes. If you like delicate and soft - bake no more than 4 minutes.
- We bake all the dough. From this amount of ingredients you get 4 large waffles. Put them in a dish and decorate to taste.
