Ingredients
Name | amount |
Cottage cheese, not less than 5% fat | 280 g |
Wheat flour | 250 g |
Chicken egg | 3 pcs. |
Vegetable oil | 2 tbsp. l |
Milk | 1 tbsp. l |
Granulated sugar | 2-3 tbsp. l |
Vanilla sugar | 10 g |
Baking powder | 1 tsp |
Salt | ¼ tsp |
Raisins (optional) | 1 handful |
Step cooking
Knead the curd dough
- Put 280 g of paste-like cottage cheese in a bowl and beat in two chicken eggs.
- Pour a bag of vanilla sugar (10 g) into the cottage cheese with egg, 2-3 tbsp. l granulated sugar, a pinch of salt (¼ tsp) and mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
- In the finished mass pour 2 tbsp. l refined vegetable oil. At this point, you can pour a handful of washed and dried raisins. But this is at the discretion of the one who will bake the curd buns.
- Pour 250 g of sifted wheat flour in a portion with a curd mass in portions, mix thoroughly after adding each portion, but leave 1.5 tbsp. l flour for adding.
- After making the first portion of flour in the dough, pour 1 tsp. (with a slide) of baking powder.
Bake buns
- When almost all the flour is interfered, the dough will turn out to be soft and somewhat sticky, but this is easy to fix. Add the left flour (1.5 tbsp. L.) To the working surface, put the dough out of the bowl and, baking (but not kneading!) In the flour, form a thick layer.
- Divide the reservoir into eight visually equal parts.
- To form a ball from each part (similar to the method of making cheese cakes), adding as little flour as possible.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper or oiled parchment and lay out the formed buns on paper. In the yolk from one egg pour 1 tbsp. l milk, stir, and brush the surface of the rolls with this mixture.
- Bake at the originally set temperature for 20-25 minutes.
