Hard cheese | 100-120 g |

Champignon mushrooms | 100 g |
Black olives | 60-70 g |
Fresh dill | 2-3 branches |
Step cooking
- In a deep bowl, put about 200 g of flour and add 1 tsp. baking powder. Loose ingredients with a whisk.
- In a separate deep bowl we put 150 g of cottage cheese, pour 50 ml of milk and a similar amount of vegetable oil. Drive 1 chicken egg into the curd mixture.
- In a bowl with cottage cheese, put a pinch of soda and 1/2 tsp. salt. All products are well-ground until smooth using a fork. To the curd mixture, add portioned flour with baking powder. After each addition of flour, mix the dough. First, knead it with a fork, and when the dough becomes dense, knead it with your hands. The finished dough is soft and slightly sticky. It is not required to knead it for a long time, because then it will become tough.
- We shift the dough onto parchment paper and lightly sprinkle flour on top.
- We roll out the dough with a rolling pin until its thickness becomes 2-3 mm. The test is required to give a round shape. But if you plan to bake pizza on a square or rectangular baking sheet, then you can roll it into the appropriate shape.
- The pizza dough is ready. You can bake pizza using different toppings. In this recipe, apply pre-prepared sauce to the rolled curd dough. To prepare it in a separate bowl, mix 2-3 tbsp. l mayonnaise and tomato paste. Grind a little 1-2 cloves of garlic and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and grease the dough.
- On a coarse grater, we rub 100-120 g of hard cheese to your taste. Grated cheese sprinkle with dough, greased with sauce. We cut into small pieces 100 g of champignon mushrooms, and cut one onion into small cubes. If it is large, then half the onion will be enough. Fry mushrooms with onions in a pan in a small amount of vegetable oil. We spread the fried vegetables on pizza over grated cheese. About 60-70 g of olives are cut into small circles and spread evenly over the entire area of the pizza. Finely chop 2-3 branches of fresh dill and sprinkle them with pizza.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, shift the pizza along with parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Set to bake for 15-20 minutes. The dough should be browned at the edges, and the cheese should be completely melted. We take out the baked pizza on the curd dough from the oven, transfer it to a dish and cut into portions. The dough is tender and soft, and the filling is juicy. You can experiment with the filling, making it not only salty, but also sweet. Any ingredients will go well with the curd dough.
