Step cooking
- Sift 300 g of flour into a deep bowl. We recommend sifting it 2-3 times so that the flour is enriched with oxygen. So that the dough turns out to be of high quality, white, does not float, we recommend using the highest quality white flour. In flour add three teaspoons without a baking powder slide, one pinch of salt, and mix. We pour 100 ml of milk to the dry ingredients. We recommend using fresh milk: farm or store milk.
- Pour 100 ml of vegetable oil. We recommend taking odorless sunflower so that the finished pizza does not have an extraneous aroma.
- Pour 150 g of cottage cheese. We used fresh 20% fat. You can take less bold, this is up to you. Mix all the ingredients, knead the dough. This can be done first with a spoon, then with your hands. Or immediately send the mass to the mixer. It is also very convenient to knead the dough in a bread machine. We will use a mixer with a hook attachment for kneading.
- When all the ingredients mixed together well and the dough became one lump, put it on the work surface and knead with our hands for 3-4 minutes. The dough is ready, you can make pizza.
Pizza Cooking Tips
- Three large pizzas or several portioned ones can be baked from this amount of dough. For a large pizza, divide it into three equal parts and roll it out with a layer about 3 mm thick. Prepare a baking dish in advance. You can make a blank from the dough according to the size of the selected shape. Sprinkle the form with flour or grease with vegetable oil (butter), spread the dough.
- As a filling for pizza, you can use absolutely any ingredients. Any sausages or boiled meat will do. Experts advise adding two or three types of meat products at once. For example, it can be bacon, salami and boiled sausage (sausages). In addition, put tomatoes, pickles, mushrooms, shrimp, pineapples, corn. You can combine several of the ingredients offered, or choose one. Be sure to grease the dough piece with the sauce. You can buy ready-made pizza sauce. The easiest option would be to mix ketchup with mayonnaise. Or, if there is time and desire to add a piquant dish, you can make the sauce yourself. To do this, mix tomato juice or stewed tomatoes with garlic, oregano, dried basil. Add a little black pepper, sugar. If you like spicy dishes, add chili peppers. This sauce can be used not only to grease the pizza dough, but also served with any meat dishes.
- Top up the workpiece with grated cheese. The most popular cheese for pizza is parmesan. It melts perfectly, creating a delicious ductility. But you can sprinkle with other varieties of cheese, for example, gorgonzola, mozzarella or feta cheese.
- We bake pizza at a temperature of 180 degrees 25 minutes. After that, sprinkle with chopped herbs, cut into portions and serve.
