Step cooking

- Grind all the ingredients well with a wooden spoon until smooth. Break into a mass of 1 chicken egg. Stir well to the same consistency.
- Pour 250 grams of flour into a sieve to sift. Put 6 grams of baking powder on top. Sift the mixture into a bowl. The exact amount of flour depends on the moisture content of the curd. In the wet cottage cheese is more flour. Do not pour all the flour at once, it is better to add it later if necessary (from the remaining 100 grams).
- Knead soft dough that does not stick to your hands. If the mass is sticky, add more flour. Collect the dough in one lump. Tighten the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 15-25 minutes.
Almost any cottage cheese is suitable for preparing curd dough, regardless of its fat content or structure. You can even use the remains of cottage cheese, which have lain for quite some time.
