You will need:
- cottage cheese - 500 g;
- egg - 5 pieces;
- sugar - 60 g;
- flour - 60 g;

- butter - 100 g;

- sour cream - 200 ml;
- strawberries - 200 g;
- sugar - 125 g;
- vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon.
Cooking
- Grind cookies with butter in a blender.
- Cover the form with parchment. Place cookies firmly, trampling them with your hand.
- For 15 minutes put in a freezer to harden the butter.
- Pre-soaked gelatin in strawberry juice, put in a water bath, dissolve. Juice can be taken from thawed strawberries.
- Combine cottage cheese, strawberries, sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. Grind into the curd using a blender or mixer. Add cooled gelatin. Stir again.

- Dilute the jelly with water (500 ml).

- Refrigerate for half an hour.
- Take it out. Pour the rest of the jelly and refrigerate for another 30 minutes. The curd cake without baking is ready.

- butter - 250 g;
- gelatin - 30 g + 2 teaspoons;
- vanilla sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- sour cream - 300 ml;
- cream (not less than 30% fat content) - 400 ml.
Cooking
- Grind cookies into crumbs using a blender or meat grinder.
- Add sugar (2 tablespoons) and 100 grams of butter to the liver (pre-melt). Shuffle the contents.
- Pour the whole mass onto a dish, flatten, trampling on the bottom. Put in the refrigerator to set.
- Pass the cottage cheese twice through a meat grinder or grind on a fine sieve.
- Pour gelatin with a glass of water. Leave on for 20 minutes to set.
- In a separate container, put 150 grams of soft butter, vanilla sugar. Beating with a blender, gradually add 300 g of sugar.
- In the process of whipping, pour the cottage cheese in three passes and add sour cream. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
- Put the swollen gelatin on a small fire and heat (not to a boil), stirring constantly. Then immediately remove from heat to cool.
- Whip cream in a lush foam, add to the curd mass. And mix gently.
- When the gelatin is at room temperature, add it to the mass.
- Take a cookie dish from the fridge. Pour curd mousse into it, smooth it out. And refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Make strawberry jelly: cut the berry into pieces, place in a saucepan, add 150 grams of sugar. Stirring all the time, bring to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat to cool.
- 2 teaspoons of gelatin pour 3 tablespoons of water, mix. After swelling, bring to a temperature of 60 degrees. Pour the prepared jelly into the strawberry jam. Cool to 30 degrees.
- Remove the cheesecake dish from the refrigerator and pour over the strawberry mass. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
