- We return to the tomatoes and peel them from the skin. Cut into large pieces and send to frying.
- We shift the frying to the zucchini and eggplant in a deep pan.
- Pour all the prepared vegetables with tomato juice. We put on the stove, wait for boiling and add salt to taste.
- Last add garlic. We cut it randomly and throw it into the pan. Leave to simmer for 20-25 minutes under the lid.
