Ingredients
- Potato - 1 kg
- Chicken legs - 2 pcs.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chicken seasoning to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Pepper mix to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Water - as needed
Step cooking
- We cut a couple of chicken legs into small pieces, put in a bowl. Isolim meat to taste. Add seasonings for chicken. Also add a little mixture of peppers and ground paprika. Mix well.
- Cut the onion in half rings or cubes (as you like).
- Cut the carrots into halves of circles.
- Peel a kilogram of potatoes and cut into small pieces.
- Finely chop the dill bunch.
- Put chicken on a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry until golden brown.
- When the chicken is fried - add onions and carrots, fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add 1 tsp. tomato paste.
- Also put 2 tbsp. l sour cream, mix.
- We put potatoes in a pan.
- All salt, add a little paprika, seasoning for chicken.
- Pour water - so much so that the contents of the pan were half covered. Mix well and make the fire minimal.
- Close the lid and simmer until the potatoes are ready.
- Add 3 cloves of garlic, passed through the garlic to the finished dish. Sprinkle with herbs, serve to the table.
