Ingredients
- Cabbage - 1 head
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Zucchini - 600 g
- Onions - 2 pcs.

Step cooking
- We clean, wash and cut into small cubes 2 onions.
- We clean, wash and rub one large carrot on a coarse grater.
- Wash, peel and cut into small cubes 600 grams of zucchini.
- Also, wash 2 medium tomatoes and cut into cubes.
- From 1 head of cabbage we remove the upper leaves and chop in small pieces.
- Pour 50 grams of vegetable oil into the pan and put the chopped onion. Fry it until half cooked.
- Add tomatoes and carrots to the onion, mix and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
- We send all the cabbage to the pan, add it to taste and mix. Cover and leave stewed for 50-60 minutes, stir.
- Add the zucchini, cover again and simmer for another 30 minutes.
Decoration methods and serving options
- If you want to give the cabbage a little density and a peculiar taste, then add a tablespoon of ordinary wheat flour to it. Pre-dry the flour in a dry frying pan until creamy and five minutes before cooking add to the cabbage.
- If you like a sweet and sour taste, then five to ten minutes before the end of its stew add a spoonful of vinegar and sugar to the cabbage.
- In the case when you cannot tolerate the specific smell of cabbage when cooking, just put a piece of stale bread in the dish. When the cabbage is ready, remove the softened bread with a slotted spoon.
- It is recommended to add young zucchini or zucchini to this dish. They will give the cabbage some sweetness and will be much softer after cooking.
