- Carefully wash the cabbage and remove the top sheets if they are too dirty. Shred it with a special or ordinary knife.
- Peel the carrots, garlic and onions from the top layer, rinse under running water and cut: carrots - in small slices 2-3 cm in length, onions - thick quarter rings of 4-5 mm, and garlic in small strips.
- Sweet pepper is also washed and cut into strips. Well, if you have different peppers (yellow, red, green), this will give the dish more flavor and color variety. Take in proportions 1 large pepper.
- Add salt, sugar and ground pepper to the tomato paste to taste. You can also take grated tomatoes or Krasnodar sauce.
We cook and collect the dish
- Pour into the pan WOK 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and pour shredded cabbage. Stew under a closed lid for 15-20 minutes., Sometimes stirring so that the cabbage does not burn.
- Sliced onions are sent to an ordinary pan, to which we also add 1 tbsp. l oils. After 1-2 minutes, add bay leaf and a mixture of peppers. We will stew the onion until golden brown and soft, periodically mixing.
- As soon as the onion starts to golden, add the carrot and 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar, mix, set medium heat and simmer until carrots are ready.
- Add salt to the almost finished carrot, add chopped garlic, sweet pepper and caraway seeds to it, stir and simmer both carrots and pepper until cooked.
- As soon as the vegetables are finished, put them in a skillet for cabbage and salt again if necessary. Pour 1 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil and put 500-600 g of any forcemeat, salt and stew in our own juice so that it is almost completely ready, and the water does not have time to boil.
- Add tomato sauce to the minced meat and mix. You do not need to extinguish this mixture.
- Pour minced meat to vegetables, mix and simmer for 5-10 minutes under a closed lid.
- The dish turns juicy, so you do not need to add water to it. We spread the ready cabbage with minced meat in a deep dish and sprinkle with chopped greens of dill and parsley.
