- Turkey fillet - 0.5 kg
- Sour cream of any fat content - 3-4 tbsp. l
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Tomato - 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l
- Water - ½ stack.

Step cooking
- A pound of turkey meat is washed and dried. We clean from peels and films, if any. Cut the meat into medium sized pieces.
- Rinse and peel 1 excess onion and 2 small tomatoes. We cut the onion into half- or quarter-rings, and the tomatoes - at random.
- Pour 2-3 tbsp into a deep skillet. l any vegetable oil and heat it. We spread the turkey slices, trying to distribute them in 1 layer.
- Fry the meat on both sides for 2.5 minutes, so that it has time to "grab" and begin to acquire a slight rosy.
- After time, we season the turkey with spices to our taste: it can be a simple black pepper, a ready-made set “For meat products”, or a composition of herbs and spices chosen by you.
- Put the chopped onions and tomatoes in a pan, mix them thoroughly with meat and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream of any fat content to the pan and pour ½ cup of water. After everything is mixed, salt to taste and add spices, if necessary.
- We cover the pan with a lid and cook its contents for 10 minutes over low heat under the lid. Turn off the fire and leave the “rest” dish under the lid for another 10 minutes - this way it will be tastier and juicier.
The turkey stew is ready, it can be served! Prepare your favorite side dish (porridge, pasta, stewed vegetables, mashed potatoes, etc.), add fresh vegetables - it will be delicious.
