- We cut one large or two medium onions in half rings.
- We cut one carrot into long strips.
- 2 tomatoes cut into cubes. If there are no tomatoes, replace with 2 tbsp. l tomato paste or ½ cup tomato juice.
- Cut 1 clove of garlic into small cubes. 70 g of my prunes, soak in warm water for 15-20 minutes. Cut prunes into pieces, 1 pc. into 4-5 parts.
Cooking
- In sunflower oil, fry the onions and carrots for several minutes, be sure to mix so that the onions do not burn.
- Add the meat to lightly fried vegetables. The meat should let the juice go, so stew it as long as possible without adding water. Salted meat and vegetables, pepper.
- We pour prunes to the meat.
- Add tomatoes and garlic. Mix everything well and let it fry a little. Pour 1 glass of water into the pan.
- Cover with a lid, set the fire to a minimum, simmer on low heat for 40-45 minutes.
- If the meat is stiff, simmer another 15 minutes.

- When choosing meat, choose one that is closer to the bone. It is tastier.
