Step cooking
- Pre-soak a glass of beans (white or red - which one you like best). Better to do it at night. The amount of water should be such that its level is 8-10 centimeters above the level of beans laid in a bowl. It is advisable to change the water once or twice during this time. Beans will increase significantly in size.
- Two onions are cut into large pieces.
- Carrots, 3-4 pieces, also cut into large pieces.
- Pour 30 ml of sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl. Put the onion in the butter, close the lid and set the “Baking” mode for 10 minutes.
- After the vegetables are fried, add the soaked beans to the multicooker bowl. Pour there a glass of tomato juice. Add a glass of water. Spread on beans 2 tbsp. l tomato paste or tomato sauce.
- Salt to taste. Also add black ground pepper to taste. Mix gently. It is very important that the beans are completely covered with liquid. If this is not so, add water.
- Close the lid of the multicooker and set it to the “Baking” mode for 1 hour or to the “Extinguishing” mode for one and a half hours.
- We serve beans as an independent dish or side dish, you can sprinkle with herbs.

- Instead of water, you can use vegetable or meat broth.
- Do not be afraid to fantasize, add your favorite spices - paprika, basil, hot ground pepper, curry, suneli hops, rosemary, thyme and so on.
