Step cooking
- We place in a stewpan or any similar container 250 g of butter, which for convenience can be cut into small pieces. Melt it to a liquid state and set aside to cool.
- Drive 5 eggs into a deep bowl and add 170 g of sugar and sifted wheat flour.
- We mix the ingredients so that they disperse, then add the liquid butter and knead the dough manually with a spoon or using a mixer. The result should be a viscous batter of a beautiful yellowish color.
- Turn on the waffle iron, pour a portion of dough on its working surface, close the wings and cook the waffle for 2-3 minutes. Repeat the process until the dough ends.
- We make tubes from ready-made wafers - they keep their shape perfectly. You can also roll waffles in a horn, put them in a sandwich or just leave them in their original form.
We serve wafer rolls with any filling.
