Step cooking
Tubules
- We work with puff pastry (you can cook it yourself or buy it ready): roll it into a long rectangular layer 2-3 mm thick and cut into strips 4-5 cm wide.
- We twist each of the strips on a metal billet for tubes in the form of a spiral.
- We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and put the dough pieces on it.
- We interrupt the chicken egg until smooth and grease the future tubes with a brush.
- We bake the tubes in the oven preheated to 180ºC for 10-15 minutes.
- After this time, we take out the finished tubes, remove them from the molds and let cool while preparing the filling.
Filling
- In a deep container, cut into small pieces 200 g of butter; it should be at room temperature.
- Beat it with a mixer to a more magnificent state, gradually adding 400 g of boiled condensed milk to it.
- The finished cream should turn out quite thick and lush. For taste, you can add coconut, vanilla, grated chocolate, cinnamon and other additives to your taste.
- Grind 100-150 g of walnuts with a crush to decorate the dish.
Serving of tubes
- We transfer the finished cream to the confectionery syringe and carefully fill the cooled tubes with it.
- Dip the filled tubules on one or both sides into chopped walnuts.
- Serve as a dessert with tea, milk, coffee, wine and other drinks.
