Step cooking
- First, prepare cod fillet so that it can be marinated. Salt the fish a little, pepper and sprinkle oregano. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and peel them. Cut into thin circles.
- Lubricate the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil and spread the chopped potatoes in a thin layer.
- We peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
- Put cod fillet on the resulting layer of potato.
- Sprinkle onion with chopped half rings on top.
- Fill everything with cream.
- Spread the remaining potatoes on top. Season the potatoes with salt a little and grease with sour cream.
- Next, rub a small piece of hard cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle potatoes with grated cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. After cooking, cut into portions. Before serving, the dish can be decorated with chopped greens.

- The taste of cod is very delicate, so it is very easy to beat with spices. For this fish, garlic, black and white pepper are best suited.
