Ingredients
- Condensed milk - 200 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Flour - 1.5 cups
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Cocoa - 7 tbsp. l
- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 1.5 cups
- Butter - 200 g
Step cooking
- In a separate container, mix 2 eggs, 200 g of condensed milk, 3 tbsp. l cocoa, 1 tsp soda, slaked vinegar, and 1 cup flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter and sprinkle it with flour or semolina.
- Pour the prepared dough into the prepared bowl. Turn the multicooker mode to “Baking” mode, and set the time to 60 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the cream. To do this, in a saucepan, mix 1.5 cups of granulated sugar, 1 egg and 4 tbsp. l flour. Mix everything well. While stirring, gradually add one glass of milk, and then a second.
- Put the cream on a slow fire. As soon as the bubbles begin to appear, remove the cream from the heat and cool it.
- Remove the finished cake from the multicooker and let it cool.
- While the cake is cooling, prepare the cream. To do this, pour the cooled cream into a high capacity and add 4 tbsp to it. l cocoa, as well as 200 g of butter. Beat everything with a mixer and refrigerate.
- Cut the cooled cake with a knife or thread into 3 parts. Coat each layer with the cream you prepared. The top of the cake and its sides should also be thoroughly greased with your cream. At this stage, the finished cake can be decorated with finely chopped chocolates. After the delicacy is formed, remove it for 1 hour in the refrigerator to completely freeze the cream.
