Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
- Wheat flour - 80 g
- Cocoa Powder - 20 g
- Baking powder - 3 g
- Sugar - 220 g
- Milk - 280 g
- Coconut Chips - 150 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Chocolate - 150 g
- Cream 10% -150 g
- Salt - a pinch
Step cooking
- Break 3 chicken eggs into the bowl of the mixer, add a pinch of salt and 120 grams of granulated sugar. Beat eggs with sugar until a lush white mass forms. We begin to beat at low speed, and in the process we increase.
- In a separate bowl, mix 80 grams of wheat flour, 3 grams of baking powder and 20 grams of cocoa powder.
- Sift the dry ingredients through a sieve and partly mix into beaten eggs.
- We cover the detachable baking dish with parchment paper and pour all the dough into it.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake the cake for 20-25 minutes. When the cake is ready, take out the form from the oven and leave to cool.
- Pour 200 grams of milk into the pan, add 100 grams of butter and 100 grams of granulated sugar. We put on the stove and heat until the oil is completely dissolved.
- When the butter has melted, add 150 grams of coconut flakes to the pan and cook the cream over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. When the cream has thickened, let it cool completely in the same pan.
- The cooled cake is cut into two parts along. You can also cut off the top a bit to make the cake more even.
- Soak each cake with 10% cream. To do this, we need about 150 grams.
- We put one cake on a large flat dish, on which the cake will be served.
- We fix it with a ring from a detachable baking dish so that the cake is smooth.
- We spread all the cream on the cake and evenly distribute.
- Cover the cream with a second cake and press lightly. In this form, we send the cake to the refrigerator for a while.
- Heat 80 grams of milk thoroughly and fill them with 150 grams of chocolate. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the top of the cake with the icing and decorate as desired.
- We remove the cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to freeze the chocolate.
- From the finished cake, remove the ring from the detachable form, cut portionwise or serve on the table whole.
